Raxi Win - Terms of Service

Use of the site

By accessing or using raxiwingame.net ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in full. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Raxi Win and govern every interaction you have with the Site, including browsing, registration, deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that your use does not violate any law applicable in your state or territory of residence. Raxi Win reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time and to suspend access pending verification.

Permitted and prohibited conduct

Impersonating another user or Raxi Win staff, and misrepresenting your identity during payment transactions, is strictly prohibited and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Account responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. Notify Raxi Win immediately of any suspected unauthorised access. Raxi Win may suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice if you breach these Terms, engage in conduct harmful to other users, or if continued operation of your account poses a legal or regulatory risk to the platform.

Intellectual property

All content and materials on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, sound effects, and overall visual design, are the exclusive property of Raxi Win or its licensors. These assets are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and other applicable Indian intellectual property legislation. Unauthorised reproduction or commercial exploitation of any Site content is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

Limited licence to users

Raxi Win grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content; reverse-engineer or decompile any software forming part of the Site; remove proprietary notices; or use automated tools such as scrapers to extract data from the Site.

Trade marks and user content

The name "Raxi Win," its logo, and all related marks and trade dress are trade marks of Raxi Win and may not be used without prior written consent. If you submit any content to the Site, you grant Raxi Win a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, adapt, and display that content in connection with operating and promoting the Site. You warrant that any content you submit does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Raxi Win, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site. This includes loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or financial losses resulting from reliance on information published on the Site.

No warranty

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. Raxi Win does not warrant that the Site will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected within a specific timeframe.

Cap on liability

Where liability cannot be entirely excluded under Indian law, Raxi Win's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This cap applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.
